Nicole, it's tough BEing the cutting edge of a movement that awaits momentum. What you do is invaluable. I don't think even 1% of the population is self-actualized and being the change they wish to see. That takes inner strength. I hope our worlds will come together soon. Social anxiety is a byproduct of a dysfunctional society and not a reflection of the amazing person you are. I, too, have some PTSD and anxiety coming out of 2020. Yet we carry on! Big hug!
I'm community-oriented too, but I've been experimenting-with/tweaking boundaries... And as I recently discovered, my 'astrological predispositions to my higher self (LOL)' are actually cut out for 'need lots of space (ie. Loner & introversion) to meander aimlessly & process thoughts/experiences etc.'.
🤷 It doesn't help that when I interact too much with 'western(ized) intentional communities', I get thoroughly discombobulated, disoriented & incoherent 🤣🤣🤣🤣 due to the massive overload of their auras, thoughts, interpretations etc. that often counter mine, cuz I'm actually already 'Eastern' & don't need the multiplicity of reinterpretations of 'Eastern somatic embodiment intimacy healing practices' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷.
But when I try to be psychologically accommodating it can get totally screwy HAHAHA.
So sadly best to keep it to-the-point & logistical/infrastructural/tangibly managerial etc.
Which means I have a different dynamic with them & role (or none at all).
It's hard & weird when one is genetically Eastern, culturally progressive & western educated. WeirdAF. I think I'm better off (& enjoying) being a freewheeling nomadic recluse 😆
